All prices on the site are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Your payment will be charged in USD.
When You Are Charged
Your payment method is authorized when you place the order and captured when the order ships. If an item is out of stock after you order, we will cancel that portion of the order and release the corresponding authorization.
Payment Security
Checkout on havacias.com is encrypted using SSL. Payment card details are processed by our payment providers and are not stored on our servers. PayPal transactions are handled entirely through PayPal's secure system.
Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, the order will not be processed. You may receive an email asking you to update your payment information. If you believe a payment was declined in error, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us at info@havacias.com if the issue persists.
No Hidden Fees
There are no additional fees added at checkout beyond the product price and any applicable sales tax. Shipping is free on all U.S. orders.
